At Fish Finder Tech Pty Ltd, we’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly and securely, no matter where you fish in Australia.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a $50 flat rate shipping fee for all standard orders Australia-wide.
This fee covers handling, secure packaging, and delivery via a trusted national carrier.

Remote Area Surcharge

In rare cases, if your delivery address is in a remote or hard-to-reach location, we reserve the right to quote additional shipping fees.
If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you before dispatch with a revised quote and the option to proceed, change the address, or cancel for a full refund.

Dispatch Timeframes

In-stock items are dispatched within 2–4 business days.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Estimates

Metro areas: 2–5 business days
Regional & remote areas: 5–10+ business days (subject to carrier timeframes and location)

Carriers

We use trusted delivery partners such as Australia Post, StarTrack, TNT, and others depending on your location and order size.

Delivery Preferences

Unless otherwise noted, orders may be left at your address with Authority to Leave (ATL) if deemed safe by the carrier. For signature-required delivery, please note this during checkout.
